Listening to the live stream

To listen to the mp3 stream on your computer, you need to have a programme installed on your computer that plays mp3 files eg itunes, winamp, mediaplayer, quicktime etc (anything that you would normally play music from).

When we are broadcasting, we have a slightly different home page – you should be able to click on either of the links on the on air page: “click here to listen online” or the “on air” button.

This should download a little file called heads.mp3.m3u and automatically open up the stream in whatever mp3 player you have on your computer (itunes, etc).

If this doesn’t work, then either copy this link into your browser (internet explorer etc):

or open up the stream in your mp3 player (itunes, winamp, quicktime, etc) by finding the menu item - Open Stream or Open URL or something similar - and copying this link into it:

If you still have problems - get in touch and we’ll try to help.
