You are going to work in groups of three:

Each group will prepare five interesting questions that could be asked to find out something about one of the adult staff working with us. Use ideas from the Asking Questions sheet to make sure your questions are relevant and meaningful.

When you do the interview:
• one person will be the lead interviewer
• one person will be the second interviewer who will focus on follow-up questions
• one person will be the observer/listener and give feedback on what worked and what didn’t
