broadcasting to both valleys at once
The ELFM Musicathon 2010 has been and gone!
24 hours of music: all live, all local, non-stop… from 3pm on Saturday 1st through to 3pm on Sunday 2nd May 2010. This year the Musicathon was an official Live@Leeds fringe event.
Over 300 performers played, sang and acted over the 24 hours whilst a whole bunch of writers “chimed” the hours in with poetry and prose.
You can to listen again to all 24 hours of Musicathon 2010 right here on the ELFM website (and even watch the live video stream) and, if you still haven’t had enough, then you can still listen to the whole of Musicathon 2009 …
Thank you for all the donations we received during the musicathon … but you can still help ELFM save the Chapel and promote community arts making a difference in East Leeds.

5th April 2009
Lindsey started us off on the fantastic 110-year old Chapel organ. Then it always had to be the one-and-only Rev Chunky (Cleve Freckleton) starting us off from the pulpit in style with guest singer Mandy Perry and the brilliant James Gallagher giving us a taste of what was to come (for more of James – check him out when you hit the shops – the only person I’ve seen busking in Crossgates!)
Leave us your email address and we’ll remember you next time you visit.
