East Leeds FM
ELFM has been piloting their Associate Band Programme with three fabulous young bands: Seas-of-Green; Francesca Pidgeon; and The Artists. They meet monthly and have been involved in a range of activities and broadcast learning opportunities – including getting to interview the fabulous Jon Gomm.
Taking inspiration from Jon, who’s own video… Passionflower … has over 1.7 million views on Youtube, the Associate Bands have been busy themselves: working on some music videos themselves which hopefully will give you an idea of their work as song-writers and performers…
Please have a watch and give them some feedback…

East Leeds FM was created back in 2003 as a pilot project run by Heads Together Productions with students from John Smeaton High School. It has grown and developed since then and over 7000 people have been involved in broadcasting over that time – ranging in age from three to 87!
