ELFM: From The People To The People…
There were plans at the Church of the Epiphany to create an Arts Centre. ELFM wanted to support the idea and arranged a broadcast in the winter of 2007. We covered all our regular local issues - but we wanted to make sure that we had fun and it wasn’t too heavy for our listeners…
