Broadcast Blog

Posted by andy on March 31, 2008 – 7:33 am | 2 Comments

Once again ELFM is on air, this time we have returned to Lincoln Green for the first of our monthly internet broadcasts. As I write this I am listening to Ramtin Montazemy a local Iranian who plays beautiful flamenco guitar. Ramtin is the first act to perform as part of the East Leeds Live segment, with 2 more bands to come this should become a regular slot on ELFM.Overall this broadcast seems to have been thoroughly  enjoyed by all who have taken part.A special mention has to go to all the members of the Leeds Kurdish Community Association who have not only made us all feel so welcome, but who have also put in a lot of work in producing 2 hours of very interesting radio.Look out for audio from this broadcast which will be on the site soon along with details about how you can get involved with East Leeds FM.
